I am looking for a condo up to 150k. ( i know that rules out 7/8 condos on FMB). My problem is i have 2 short hair hunting dogs (vizsla and weim). They are about 40lbs each. These dogs are our "kids" and travel everywhere with us.

I would like a pool, in a newer condo. We like heading to the dog beach. We have been renting condos but we got a 2nd dog last year, which rules out most condos. I talk with realtors and some just say no. Then the next realtor trys to up sell me on a larger single family home. I just want some straight answers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy the house, why would you want to live in a condo when you have two dogs. That's just asking for trouble, and hassle will be constant.

Please be careful where you go with your dogs. The main parks (Lynn Hall and Bowditch) have strict "No Dogs" rules, and I have seen people with dogs get tickets.

If you walk your dogs other places at FMB, be sure to clean up after them. I have seen people get tickets for having dogs off their leashes or for not cleaning up after them.
