I guess neighbors could report you if they had a beef. I think the All in one container recycling is good. I moved from a recycling city to a non and it felt odd to throw out plastic and cans with the regular garbage.

where I am now in Broward both the blue and the brown bins are huge, aver 50 gallons. I only put out my recycling once a month because it takes so long to fill.

I don't know why your interested in recycling in Ft. Meyers, Cape coral if your in Broward. I get along with all my neighbors so I don't think there will be any beef. But if there was I'd still like to see neighbors or government PROVE if I am recycling or not. I would like to think they have better things to do.

KEEP THE GOVERMENT OUT OF MY RECYCLABLES!!!!!

And that would happen in Cape Coma. It's like one big HOA...snowbirds come down with nothing better to do than spy on their neighbors and report them to 'code enforcement' It's happens here in my Fort Myers community as well. We hear nothing from the HOA all spring/summer long and then BOOM Nov 1st the 'citations' go out.

If my 4 potted plants were fine all spring and summer, why is that 4th one now an issue? Oh, I know...Betty Sue from Kalamazoo is bored ****less and roams the community looking for things.
