Are you looking to buy or rent? Do you have any objections to manufactured housing? What do you consider affordable? Rents have gone up a lot lately but I have heard that there are some very nice over 55 manufactured home communities in the "good" area of North Fort Myers.

We toured lots of Manufactured home over 55 communities in North Fort Myers. It really depends what you want for activities and amenities of a community vs cost of the rent fee. Then you need to factor in what you get for the rent fee and how active the community is. After we factored it all in we purchased a home in Pine Lakes Country Club You really need to go out and check them out and find what one is best for you and your budget. Pine Lakes was on the higher end but all houses have garages and lots of activities and it is a beautiful community.
