I'm from PA relocating to Fort Myers with family. Looking for 3 bedrooms apt. Any recomendation? I was looking at Promenade lake reflections. The reviews in website are old for almost all the apt complex. I also need some information about schools. Any advice? Thank you.

After this hurricane, those apartments might not be there.

Don't move down here. If I hadn't just bought a house myself in the area I would be looking to move north of Florida.

That is an enlightening comment from you as I know you have lived in the area for a long time. Where would you prefer to move - all the way north or TN or NC?

I loved Florida in the 1970s and 80s but it seems like it has become so crowded with some major problems, including environmental, so I connect with your feelings. Of course, that is sadly the case with other areas also.

Well after Irma I would consider western NC or eastern TN. I would never go farther north than that; I don't like the cold anymore but I never want to live through another hurricane like this one.

I agree ~ we wanted 4 definite seasons but not snow and ice for months on end. NC and TN are good locations for a compromise, and also northern GA and SC around Greenville.
