hello, i am looking to purchase a condo in ft myers beach. could anyone recommend a good building . i am looking to spend 200 to 300K. I would liketo be able to rent it , to at least cover asociation fees. washer & dryer in unit. any examples would be appreciated. thanks

Perhaps you have already purchased as this is over a year old but if not..are you looking to rent it out yourself or use an agency? Do you plan to use it yourself?
I am working with others on condo's in this range on the Beach and there are a variety of options depending on what your needs and wants are.
