Hey all this will be my first Christmas living down in Fort Worth. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some places to go during the season. Either Fort Worth or Dallas (Haven't visited Dallas yet), do either city have things like the northeast cities? Big Trees, lots of shoppers/walkers, etc. Not looking for anything specific just some ideas.

Thanks
-E

OMG! Yes... Fort Worth has the Parade of Lights the night after Thanksgiving and they light the big tree in Main Street after the parade. Fort Worth Parade of Lights: Home Page Southlake Town Square and University Park Village (FW) decorate and I believe they both offer carraige rides. The Interlochen neighborhood in Arlington always does the lights up right.

Actually, we had a very rare white Christmas last year so you never know. Sometimes it's in the 50's and sometimes it's in the 20's.
