we thought we found someplace after I had my PC worked on but when my husband took his in they totally screwed up the work--so I can't help
know lot of people will say don't take it to Geek Squad--have not used them
my son took his to Fry's and had problems with what they did

There is a little place in the TCU area called Computers Made Easy COMPUTERS MADE EASY - Ft. Worth that a couple of friends and I have used before...mixed reviews...but they are very reasonable, small and friendly.
