This morning (Oct 26th) on KRLD they reported that Trader Joe's had applied for a license with the state (I did not hear what type, I guess liqour), and that it appears the first Trader Joe's would be on Hulen "close to downtown" (which makes no real sense, but I guess in the Central Market area). The reporter also mentioned two other possible sites, one in Dallas and another elsewhere (I did not catch the locations).

Ok, so at the old Ronnie's location, on the east side of Hulen, south of the bridge.

Hopefully, by the time TJ opens, the bridge work will be finished. Traffic is horrible on Hulen due to the work.
