I like how creative you are but don't you think the skyline would look better if it was more like a 21st century style I like a few of the buildings,and I know that your trying to give it a western looking style but but can you please try adding more buildings that are modern like those brown colored buildings in my opinion could be covered with glass and given a cool design or just change the material on them and replace it with glass
