I'm opening a new coffee shop in DFW.

Where would everyone want to see a new coffee shop (with free wi-fi)?

Thanks,

How about somewhere around where the new Cowboys stadium is being built in Arlington? It will be close to me and once the stadium is built, you should do well!

I like both ideas. Thank you! The Ft. Worth location should draw a lot of hospital traffic and the Arlington location should get lots of sports traffic.

Keep the ideas coming!

I second the hospital district location!
I also recommend the FW Cultural District or Downtown FW.

I would pick one of those three locations because of the pedestrian traffic!

Plus, these places are where people would probably more readily support something other than Starbucks.

best of luck

More great ideas, thanks!

I am also considering the downtown area or a spot near the University/Camp Bowie/7th St. intersection.

Many Thanks!

Arlington would be a good central location especially with the new stadium and all of the new retail going in around it plus you got UTA. Also there is a new town square retail area east of parks mall that is super cool. Hospital district in Fort Worth would be good -not much competition around there and it's up and coming. Good luck with camp bowie / 7th street. Lots of competition - off the top of my head - 4 coffee shops on that road and retail/land prices are getting expensive. When are you thinking of opening?
