Oh, I see, so it's the first of a multi-phase project, one would think. I dread the construction.

A new building will pop up on the west side of downtown.

A new Trinity Terrace building, River Tower.

It will be 20 stories/238 ft. tall.

Nice. I just wish it was taller.

^ LOL, thanks for the update. Will that be near the Montgomery Plaza construction going on?

A friend told me that FW is building a park in the square block surrounded by 7th, 8th, Houston, and Throckmorton Streets in downtown. That'd only be a couple blocks east of Burk Burnett Park.

This new building will be next to the Trinity Terrance Building, on the downtown side of the Trinity River, close to the MP, but not too close.

As for the park, this is the first time I'm hearing this.

This new building will add to the west side. I think, eventually, Fort Worth may have multiple skylines like Houston and Dallas.

I see, so that new bldg. will kind of be between MP and downtown.

I wonder why FW doesn't put Christmas lights on all buildings that are over a certain height, like 20 stories.

One of my friends works for an architecture company, so he's got the inside scoop. He also said a tunnel will run underneath that park to aid traffic flow.
