Hi - I rent in Fort Worth. My refrigerator died, and I've received no response at all from the property managers after emails and repeated phone calls. How can I find the owner of the house I live in to report the problem, be reimbursed for the used frig, and for fixing the current one? All I know is she lives in San Diego.

Look up the address of the house you are in on tad.org and you will find the name and current mailing address of the owner. That at least gets you a starting point.

would also call the city and see what dept has oversight for this
would seem to be a health issue if there is no refrig that the owner is supposed to be responsible for
