I am relocating for work. I will be working in Germantown. I need some advise on a good safe apartment complex either in germantown or frederick. I am looking to rent an apt 3 bedroom apartment with rent no more the $1650 a month. I will be there the 28/29 of this month. Please help this is a QUICK Decision.

In Frederick, stay away from anything behind the Frederick Towne Mall but up Rt. 15N there are some apartment complexes (Crystal Park I think? I can't remember the name right now), Wellington Trace has some down Ballenger Creek Pike in Frederick, Waterside up near Walkersville. I'm not that familiar with any in Germantown...

I have a coworker who lives in Kingscrest Apartments and he really likes it and says he and his wife feel very safe there. There is also a fairly new apartment complex called the Reserve at Ballenger. I don't know anyone who lives there, but I drive by it all the time and it looks nice. I don't know if either of these has 3 bedroom options or what the rent is.
