Yeah, when you see all the sprawl development in the Frederick area outside the core of the much older (and much more interesting and attractive) part of the city of Frederick itself, you have to think a lot of people have discovered the Frederick area (though most of them aren't living in what I'd consider the nice part of Frederick).

Although I never lived there, it seems like a decent area. During the evening rush hour, there can be a lot of traffic heading north on Market St., but otherwise not too bad. It's also a short drive down Carroll to the downtown area. Kind of has a city 'burb vibe.
