It looks like you have 3 or 4 different trees there. The first one on the left is a maple. Not sure about the others. Good luck.

No those are just leafs surrounding the mystery tree.

The blacks walnut trees bark looks like a maple tree.

Yes, black walnuts. Leave them alone until they fall to the ground, then take off the husk and break the hard nut with a hammer. Then getting the meat out will be a chore. When I was a kid, a long time ago, that was a winter job. We would sit in front of the fireplace and pick the meat from the nuts, then granny would seal it in fruit jars and use it through the winter in cakes and cookies. Oh the memories
