Check with your township/municipality. Across the river, in Monroe Co, we have one in Stroudsburg. they take everything from leaves, to Xmas trees, to limbs and they allow residents to haul away as much mulch as they want. The program cuts down on the amount of landfill and provides useful mulch to gardeners and homeowners.
