This is a flower from a massive vine/bush thing in our yard. It's very viney and when in bloom is quite beautiful. Unfortunately, its companion vine/bush died from the Calif drought, so I'll need to replace it. Does anyone know the name of this vine/bush plant?

TIA!

Looks to be a 'Mandevilla' vine 'White Cascade'

I would have guessed Oleander seeing the narrow leaves and you said either vine or bush. The oleander grows as a massive bush. The flower could be a Mandevilla but I don't see the broader leaves.

I did check out the url you posted.

Sorry, still think it's a white oleander in the poster's photo.

Maybe it's best the OP takes the cutting to a nursery for conclusive ID.

This photo below is a white oleander. Notice the slender leaves unlike the broader leaf of a mandevilla.

After checking the pistils I agree white oleander may be the one. Though some mandevilla's have a narrow leaf structure, Mandevilla ‘Splendens’ for example.
OP may want to take a sample to a real garden center nursery, not big box store.

We could better identify if we saw the leaves and bush it is on. Those white flowers look way too big to be oleander, which I have in my yard. Definitely do not grow as a vine.
