I just wanted to list out the steps I am taking to seed part of my bermuda lawn ( 300sq feet). Let me know if I have missed anything.
1. Mow the desired area to be seeded shorter than usual but not scalp it.
2. Rake and remove any weeds/rock/stones.
3. Aerate the desired area
4. Apply seeds and lightly rake the soil over the seeds.
5. Apply "starter fertilizer" over the seed.
6. Water as needed (Twice a day)
Looks like all you need! Bermuda cant be any more than 1/4" deep so usually getting in with a rake is plenty and then just smooth soil over seed after dropping it.
