The leaves on tobacco and pokeweed are almost identical in appearance but tobacco has green stems and pokeweed has red stems. OP's plant has red stems.

What ever it is, I'm wondering why was it left untouched for so long being that close to the Tomato? I get rid of anything trying to germinate around my vegetable plants.
OP might want to consider fertilizing his Tomato plant bit more now.
Poke grows quickly. Don't let the size fool you, that is a young plant. They can get man high around here by the end of May. As a weed, they aren't as much of a problem as many others. They do have medicinal properties, but misuse can kill: https://www.drugs.com/npp/pokeweed.html
