Hello,

What's a good way to stop Bermuda grass from destroying my lawn? I want to get rid of it for good.

And can someone identify this tree?

I've heard it may be called "Pink Princess Crabapple" but not sure.

It's a dwarf tree that doesn't seem to go higher than 6 to 8 feet.

I think the crabapple is a Pink Princess, it certainly appears to have all of the characteristics and ID markers. Pink Princess is notable for being short - 8 feet or under - and getting exceptionally broad across - up to twice as wide as it is high and sometimes even wider. That's a lovely little tree you have there, very lush, healthy and fulsome looking.

The only thing that will kill bermuda is glyphosate (roundup or a generic). I have tried Ornamec, but did not have much success. Maybe if I had been more persistent with it, I would have had had a better result.

Kill the bermuda. Wait. Kill it again. Wait. Kill it again. Wait.
Then reseed. And good luck. I have always said that bermuda grass is God's joke on gardners.
