I've found a few of these bugs on my tulsi basil plant for the past few days. There doesn't appear to be anything else wrong with the plant other than some yellow spotting on the leaves. Could anyone identify what these bugs are and how to get rid of them safely if they are harmful? I use the leaves in cooking, so any method would need to leave the leaves safe to consume afterwards. Thank you!

It might be a green lace wing larvae- a beneficial insect. They destroy bad bugs
They usually more brownish, but it might be close to their last stage of metamorphosis? Becoming pale green
Hopefully, someone else would chime in

Leaves are safe to consume- just use the green parts of the leaves.
I wouldn’t use anything on things you eat- the reason we grow our own- is to avoid chemicals used in industrial agriculture production
