Here are both - Japanese and Winter Jasmine for OP to determine and compare

While Japanese Jasmine has a bit more pointy leaves, they seem to be a shrub, not a vine.

Winter Jasmine is a vine.

OP - can you find their fruit/seed?

The Japanese Jasmine seed is more oblong (can't find a picture).
