Has anyone here used one of those automatic lawn mowing machines -- a "Robomower"? I'd like to know how well they work.

They do not replace "Southern Saturday Tradition" but do a decent job of keeping the grass looking ok. The same as far as vacuum and garage scrubber goes.
Just for your entertainment - I had a wayward vacuum dealing with the grass:>) Read your instructions and stick by them. Cat has no issue with the critters.

i've seen the robomow, but i ended up buying a LawnBott, the red Evolution model. Having it over a year now, we just call it 'Evo' for short.

And for me and my yard, it does a great job. It does replace my having to cut the yard. I haven't mowed my own for a year, just let Evo handle it.

If your yard is right, i highly recommend the Lawnbott
