April 3-6. You can access the records for free. (I wish they'd do this for Canada sometime....)

You still have to register and give them an email which they will then send you a log in.

I don't call that FREE. I call that HARVESTING.

Harvesting it may be, but FREE it is. I can cancel now, I found all that I needed, which was nothing at all. Process of elimination though--
