Amazon are having Black Friday sales all week. Currently, AncestryDNA is $79, 23andMe (ancestry only, no health) is $69, MyHeritageDNA is $49, and FTDNA is $69.99. Additionally, VitaGene is $79 (VitaGene provides a nutritional, fitness, and food sensitivity report, along with an ethnicity report, but does not include matching with other testers).

That said, when I go to FTDNA's site, their Family Finder test is $59, even less than Amazon. Haven't checked the others.

I like ancestry for the tree. You can then upload your raw data to my heritage, family tree DNA and GEDmatch

23 and Me had a special running through Thanksgiving. Minimum 2 ancestry for $49 each. I ordered it for myself and older daughter to compare younger daughter's results.

Health reports at Promethease are free right now, normally $15; from what I understand the reports stay online 45 days. Best suggestion is to download a copy but view the report on their web site. If you do upload and want to post, there is a thread https://www.city-data.com/forum/genea...l#post50389589

Holiday Gift from Promethease: all uploads are free through the end of December 2017. See FAQ.
