What would be a reasonable estimate for time to for a pair of professionals to load a 26' box truck? Everything will be packed and in the garage ready for loading. Beds/tables/etc will already be broken down for transport. We aren't taking any appliances or any really heavy things. I know things will vary by movers and actual load, but what is a reasonable estimate?

VERY hard to say...how close can the truck get to the boxes/items? Is it easy to get a ramp down, or do they have to hand every thing up? How many rooms of furniture? How many boxes?

I would say....entirely a guestimate...that it will take at least four hours at a minimum, and more likely take most of a day to get everything loaded and packed appropriately. If they are professionals....NOT "Bob's Boys and a Truck"....they can work smoothly, not get in each others way, get things wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap, packed well so nothing moves/rubs/falls during transit.

Don't rush them. A few extra hours is worth it in the long run. If they just pile everything in, there will be a cost...and it will be a LOT higher than a few hours of labor.

Figure all day. It might take a little less, depending......

Truck can get within 5 feet of the garage. Easy to get a ramp down. Furniture = 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 1 crib, 1 changing table, 4 small bookcases, 1 large bookcase, 1 dresser, 1 love seat, 1 lazyboy style chair, 2 sitting chairs, 1 ottoman, 5 end tables, 1 cedar chest, 1 tv stand, 1 small printer cart, 1 50" tv, 1 dining table, 6 dining chairs. Maybe about 60 boxes. And various things that won't fit in boxes like hockey bag/sticks/golfclubs etc

Is it a single story or multi story?
Is the items pre prepped or do they have to be prepped for moving?
Are any items weigh disproportionate to the mass?
How many people will be doing the work?
Is it a straight shot to the truck or do they have to negotiate hallways and rooms?

Way too many variables for anyone to guestimate with any accuracy. It can be 4 hours, it can be 8 hours.

Seems as though you may have glossed over most of the OP.
Not that it matters since everything will be in the garage or just inside the house but it is a single story.
As in OP all items are prepped and ready to go. They might have to re-wrap a couple of furniture items.
As in the OP, there is nothing heavy ( our heaviest item could be carried by 2 14 year olds).
I am looking at hiring 2 movers to "play tetris" and at least 2 other people handing items to the players.
As in OP and post #3 the truck can get within 5 feet of garage where everything will be.

Based on what you said, they should be able to get it wrapped, and loaded properly in four hours or so. Maybe a little longer. Once again, precision and care are more important than speed. It is more important that things don't move/shift/rub during transit than shaving an hour off the loading time.

I'd say less than four hours. More like 1.5-2 hours if you're really as well-prepared as you say you are. A crew of three is really better than two, and will move faster (one on the truck playing tetris, two schlepping items to the truck). But with all of your stuff boxed and ready in the garage, your job should be quick even with a 2-man crew.

This guesstimate sounds about right as long as said workers aren't slacking off.
