Is there a website that shows all apartment complexes in an area rather than just ones that have available units? I’m looking at an area that doesn’t have a lot of available units, so I want to know what complexes exist so I can call and find out how likely they would be to have openings later. Thanks!

Try Google Maps and search Apartments. It should show you what you're looking for.

Not all places listed will have websites to check them individually.

What about contacting your city's business or code enforcement office? They may maintain a list of all currently licensed apartment complexes.

I've lived in a few places where the Chamber of Commerce has a list of all rental properties in the area.
