lots of smaller towns in northwestern pa are like this. The area around Cook's Forest and the Allegheny National Forest come to mind, small towns like Leeper, Marienville, Sigel, Tionesta and Sheffield.
I wish you'd tell them that when they drive. Really, I live in the south (Texas) and I don't find it slow at all. People are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, always doing something, working 'til they turn blue, and well...the list goes on.
Maybe it's the lazies in any state that are slow because they're living off us, so why in the world should they be in a hurry? Just sit back and relax all you welfare and phony disability takers. Ugh!!
