Nevada first, Michigan last.It's not a surprise.
But in the next years I guess the growth will be slow in Nevada, and no growth in Michigan.

Texas is very good compared to other big states !

Check the numbers again. Michigan is not last, Ohio is.

Plus what do these numbers represent? % gain, $ gain, etc...? Where did you get the figures from? A bunch of numbers is kind of arbitrary without a reference to what they mean or how they are compiled.
