Plus once the new wave of immigrants from all over the world came, it would pass it up again .

There is no "new wave" of immigrants to L.A. It's been the same group of people that have been moving there for years.

I think it's a cool idea if they want it. But Valley City sounds like something from Pokemon, so generic.
