Which cities have seen an increase in the percentage of the population that white non-latinos make recently?

If there are no cities like this, are there any neighborhoods in big cities that are whiter than 10 years ago?

Just wondering, i'm not a neo-nazi ( it seems like you have to say that here everytime after you mention white people in anything but a negative light)

Whites of non hispanic variety in Chicago are expected to surpass the black population in this coming 2010 census for the first times since 1980. 2009 ACS already reported that Whites make up 33.3% of Chicago, slightly more than Blacks at 32.8%. On the flipside, only 9% of the students in Chicago public schools are non hispanic white.

I was thinking San Francisco was becoming whiter, but I could be mistaken. Their Hispanic population seems to have fallen a bit since 2000 and I think their black population did as well, but maybe the Asian population has continued to grow enough to compensate.

Latinos Account for Half of U.S. Population Growth Since 2000 - Pew Research Center

Parts of New Mexico are probably becoming "whiter" as I think the Southwest is growing as a retiree place while Hispanic population declined in some counties. Black and Asian populations in NM are usually small. Still American Indian populations are likely growing and Hispanics in NM are maybe going toward cities. So maybe NM doesn't have any cities becoming "whiter."

New Orleans, or one of the other Gulf cities, maybe became a bit whiter due to dislocations from the Hurricane.
