What's up with Forest County, Pa? Why did it have explosive growth while all the counties around it are declining?

The Pennsylvania State Penitentiary.

It helps that Forest County used to be the least populous county in the state. (As of 2010, Cameron and Sullivan Counties now have fewer people.)

Gnutella, how can I find all of that for Ohio?

Like County by county breakdown of population and % change, as well as Metro areas and CSAs?
