St. Louis IMO. Just look up the Ballpark Village and the Bottle District...if added our downtown will erupt to life, plain and simple. We need the Ballpark Village to fill up that empty space between central downtown and Busch stadium.

Lynx,Onyx 2,Opus are dead for sure in Dowtown Miami.Villa Magna,600 Biscayne and Bayfront Plaza along with 600 Brickell, and last but not least Met 3. I guess out of 100 projects if one-third don't get built thats not too bad

NOT Miami. If more big ugly condominiums are "the best future projects", then I guess the U.S has lost its sense of innovation.

Fort Worth, Texas: Trinity River Vision

This will expand downtown and help create more development in uptown. Also in the works along with this project are: A downtown Tarrant County College campus, a city plaza or sunken plaza, a possible boardwalk and riverwalk, Trinity Bluff (30-acre mixed use development).

We have more, but this is our biggest project (and this one WON'T be cancelled).

Here's some more pictures from the new Trinity River Vision for Ft. Worth.

All of this is CURRENTLY under construction. Dallas has a similar vision and it's a good one as well. But it's nowhere near the project that Ft. Worth has.

However, Dallas has a great project going on as well and it's Victory Park. It is very similar to LA Live. When built out, it will be one of the densest neighborhoods in the region and it's going to take a whie to finish this.
Victory Park
Already built is the W hotel and residences, the AAC and the plazas, the Terrace Condos and the Vista apartments. A Mandarin-Oriental Hotel and residences will be built across the street from the W, the Cirque is under construction and nearly finished, and House is under construction as well. I'll try to find some pictures.
