I know someone that commutes from Wildwood, NJ to Philadelphia by car, but I guess that not really a big deal since their are people who commute from Wildwood, NJ to Philadelphia by bus. For me a 1 hour commute is long enough.

Anything over 45 minutes. But my step dad use to commute 1.5 hours one way to Richmond, VA from Culpeper, VA(about 80 miles); and others I know of commute from Culpeper, VA to DC. It's about 60-65 miles, but with traffic, it's like 2.5-3 hours.

But in my current area of Charlottesville, VA, a long commute would be 30 minutes. Some do come in from an hour away though.

People commute 5 days a week from Philadelphia to NYC and back, because of the Lower COL in Philly...It's a 90min to 2hr commute, sometimes 2.5 hrs if traffic is bad getting in and out of NYC.

I go back and forth from Stone Harbor but only in the summer and usually only once or twice a week framing weekends typically; I know there are many other PA plates doing the same thing

My longest commute was 1.5 hours in the morning and up to 2 hours in the evening, going 30 miles in heavy, bumper-to-bumper Southern California freeway traffic. My last job was only 15 minutes/7 miles away one way. Hopefully, I can find another job that's close to home.

One hour is a standard commute for me for work and school, I don't think it's too bad, 40 to 60 minutes is normal for alot of people. An hour and a half is definitely really pushing it and is long and two hours is a really long commute.

For me personally? Everything 30 mins or more. But I think everything below 1 hr is normal for people here.
