Well, I don't know about you guys, but I think DFW is actually almost there. It is the North TX. I also think Oklahoma city is really up and comin too. I also have to wonder, are those three cities going to be the top three in 40 years. I mean, people could just up and leave as those cities cost of living sky rockets
