The way I see it. If you have to do your day to day errands, you can go out at night in Arizona and the heat is so much more tollerable. Going out in the cold in January sucks both day and night. I'm so much more comfortable in shorts and sandles rather than layers, coats, boots, hats and gloves.
Arizona easy. No one lives in Alaska for a reason.
