Well for what it's worth both California, Hawaii, and Texas are minority majority states meaning that non hispanic whites are the minority in those states so I think almost any sizable town/city/metro area would work in that case. Other possible suggestions would be New York City, the DC metro area, and South Florida.
I'm looking for us cities with a low part of white people (30% or less). You know there is this pie chart in the stats data sheet of each city showing the percentage of each race (white, hispanic, black, asian, etc.). So far I heard about Miami, San Antonio and El Paso.
Do you guys know any other city (with 200.000+ people) with a conspicuously low proportion of white people?
Thanks in advance

Probably every major city in Texas & California will be under 30% non-Hispanic white eventually. This country lets anyone in.
Louisiana - 60% White
Mississippi - 58%
Alabama - 67%
Georgia - 55%
South Carolina - 64%
Every Deep South state is mostly white. I don't have the numbers for East Texas or North Florida, but I'm sure the same could be said for them.
Are there areas that are more black than white? Sure, but it's clearly false to say that "anywhere in the Deep South" will have less whites.
