Gary, Indiana (I've heard it strongly resembles East St. Louis)

I felt fine walking through the 'rough sections' in the South Side of Chicago... but driving through Gary made me feel like I was going to be shot any second.

I would say Chester PA the only place worse in America in St Louis...

New Orleans. I witness muggings every time I'm there and there's people shot every day. Twice, an urban youth tried to swat my phone out of my hand. it reminds me of my trip to Haiti when I did volunteer work.
