$3.28, north Dallas suburbs this week. I saw on local news that Texas overall was cheapest in the country when its typically is lowest 5 for states. What I've also noticed is that prices have fallen more quickly than in other states. Usually the spread between the Texas state average and national average is around 25 to 30 cents/gallon. But now the spread is like 50 cents.
