Thankfully we're still at $4.08 a gallon on base out in Honolulu. The prices off base don't seem to have budged either.

$4.12 a gallon for regular grade in Alameda, CA (SF Bay Area.)

I just paid $3.65 in North Bend, WA which is about a dollar less than Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond.
