Spot market for regular unleaded has plummeted from around $2.74 per gallon to $2.58 per gallon since last Friday (link). Retail prices usually run about $0.90 to $1.10 in competitive areas over these levels, so I see this area dropping from $3.69 on average to around $3.59 about two weeks from now.
$5.19 a gallon for regular grade in San Ramon, CA (SF Bay Area.)
