I only fill up every 4-6 weeks in Chicago and don't really pay attention to the prices, but I just looked online to see what they are in the area:

Suburbs of Chicago: $1.97 to $2.29

City of Chicago: $2.29 to $2.99

A few gas stations right north of downtown Chicago at $3.39.
