Depending on Neighborhood maybe Manchester CT but the Grocery stores tend to be a bit farther out.
Here is an oddball because it's tiny
Eastport Maine.

Lancaster, PA for sure!!

It is one of the oldest inland cities in the USA. (rivals anything in NE). Was the U.S Capital. So much history and amazing colonial architecture. 100% a small vibrant walkable city.
