Yes, agreed the growth originates from the oil fields, but the resulting growth is multiplied by many industries that have piggy-backed on top of this. Trucking, hospitality, resturants, rental properties, and even new housing. It is easy to credit the oilfields, but the domino factor is in play here, and N.D. is taking advantage of it. More power to them. Just be prepared for the coldest weather in the lower 48 in the winter.
