Yoopers = Those that live above the bridge (upper peninsula)
Party Store = liquor store

I say "ant" also, I have only heard northerners use the term "aunt" and our liquor stores are called "package stores"...I've heard people stick an "s" on the name of walmart and wonder where the heck that came from, I guess my answer is Michigan

When I was living in NY (through '84) a friend from SI would say "you're a pisser" - meaning you're funny/you're a trip.
(Actually we all said this...)

A friend of mine from Miami always says "go with"- like if he's gonna come along he'll say "I'll go with"...He has relatives from MN so I'm assuming that's a MN thang?
Help me out MNans!

In answer to your question, Bostonian's do not pronounce their r's and have a habit of saying everything is wicked pissa meaning really good.

Yeah, that's a pretty common phrase in Minnesota.

"Gonna go score me some sliders. Wanna come with?"

"Sure, I'll go with."

Hmm... I say "come with". As in "I'm going to the store, want to come with?"

And... forgive my naïveté... but what pray tell is a slider?

"Slider" is a White Castle hamburger or cheeseburger.
It has something to do with easily how you eat it and easily how you get rid of it.
Slides right out. LOL
