Has to be Seattle and Denver, the first cities to legalize the best way to relax

I picture San Francisco being hectic, just like NYC. San Diego would be my guess.

Seattle and Portland are in my mind the "slowest" of the major US cities that I've been to, and I've been to all of them. Not sure if Portland counts as a "major" city or not though. Honolulu would be third.

I'd rather sit and watch paint dry for 24 straight hours than spend time in Tucson. For a city of 500,000 people, it's an extremely boring city. I grew up going there since my grandparents moved there. I hadn't been there for about 8 years until a few months ago when I went for my grandmother's funeral. Terrible.. It's worse than a city of 50,000 I once lived in..in Iowa.

Yech. No thank you.

Looks like San Diego, Seattle, and Portland are in the lead now. Interestingly all on the west coast.

And out of San Diego, Seattle, and Portland, I assume Portland is the cheapest?

I found Honolulu very relaxing too....except the traffic can suck, but it can suck in San Diego too. Very similar to San Diego
