Is it San Diego or is it another city? San Diego is quite different from LA and SF for having a more conservative "All American" type feel, and has a large Military population who tend to be more conservative.

If you're talking strictly the coast, then yes, San Diego. If you include all CA-OR-WA cities, then you could bring Fresno and Bakersfield into the conversation.

I meant the OR-WA-CA cities. Not just the cities on the coasts.

I was thinking Bakersfield, but I am not familiar with all the cities in the region.

Yeah, I think it would be Bakersfield, who vote R in every election, presidential or otherwise. Not too many places like it on the West Coast.

If you include AZ it's hard to find a more conservative city than Phoenix.

On the surface one might think that. But if you really knew the facts you would think otherwise,

No doubt about it ...Orange County, California. It is a conglomeration of several
cities and towns.

If we are talking all of CA-OR-WA, than I'd probably give it to Spokane, WA, to be honest.

Phoenix is considered west coast culturally(even though Californians hate that). The city of Phoenix itself is pretty evenly split politically and it's not socially bible belt conservative. Phoenix is "don't tax me for unnecessary crap" conservative. However a good number of the suburbs are republican majority and can be very conservative(both socially&fiscally).
