I would have thought DC would have more votes. It may not feel british, but it looks like a city that would be in England.

I say Boston. Philly also looks British like but I would say that it also has a Amsterdam/Netherlands look/vibe which goes the same for New York.

Posters. Please dont respond to this. He does not represent Philly, he goes on polls that Philly is in and trolls. So ignore him for now.

As for the most British I would say Boston, then Philly. As for Paris, I would say Philly, then Boston. Both European but in different ways. Both equally historic architecture wise.
