SR 40 from west of Denver to Steamboat Springs is insane. You'll get a nosebleed from the switchbacks; you're basically taking on radical elevation changes in a very short time. I love that drive.

WV Turnpike which is both I-77 and I-64. No doubt one of the most dangerous stretches of interstate in the US.

That road is insane.

On the east coast, Hwy-97 in NY between Barryville and Port Jervis is used in a lot of car commercials to show handling on curvy roads. Its called the Hawks Nest.

Moki Dugway - Utah State Route 261 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The old Lewiston grade (former U.S. 95) is pretty darn curvy as well.

There are a lot of state numbered highways inn Arkansas and West Virginia, where you can drive for 20 miles behind a slow car, and never be able to see around him, even if there is no traffic coming the other way.

Huh. I don't remember being that curvy. I've done it, too. But from the coast to Hwy 3, Hwy 3 seemed a bit curvier. Didn't go on it further east. Here's a photo I took of it.

Nearby Mattole Road is far curvier, but it's not a highway.

not curvy, but attention-getting

I-79 in West Virginia is the curviest I've been on.
