NJ- um can't pick one i'll give you a few....

Delaware water gap,

garret mountain, (view of NYC)

Lookout point in Alpine (over the palisades) even driving through Alpine and seeing gargantuan homes is a sight to see.

Cape May - the most Victorian town in America

Paramus - Shopping Mecca (highest dollar value retail sales of any zip code in America). Variety is the spice of life and having 10 thousand stores in one town is great plus tax free on clothes!

Rolling hills of Somerset County (gilded aged mansions adds something to the allure).

Minnesota is hard. I would have to say Lake Itasca or the Boundary Waters.\

I suppose Mall of America could be considered as well.

Although not official landmarks, this is what "landmark" I think of most when the unmentioned states comes to mind.

New Hampshire: Mt Washington. The old man on the mountain is unfortunately no more.

Delaware: Rehoboth Beach

North Carolina: Mt Mitchell (tallest eastern US mountain)

Wisconsin: Lambeau Field

Michigan: GM Tower/Renaissance Center

Oklahoma: Devon Tower

New Jersey: A toll booth

Indiana: Indiana Dunes State Park

Vermont: Lake Champlain

Oregon: Crater Lake

Connecticut: ...United Heathcare building in Hartford?
